Jeep Tuxedo Park Mark IV

This is a illustration of my first Jeep. I'll have to admit, I caught Jeep fever at a very young age. My best friend Bobby Vincent traded a Honda Hawk motorcycle for a 1947 CJ-2A and that was all it took.

When I got out of art school and landed my first art job, the first thing I bought was a used 1965 Jeep CJ-5! As it turns out, it was a very rare Jeep known as a CJ-5A Tuxedo Park Mark IV. The Tuxedo Park was Jeeps first upscale 4 wheeler, mine had chrome trim, bench seats, 3 on the tree, Kelly self locking hubs, a hardtop and Jeeps old reliable Kill Devil four cylinder. It was a fun little Jeep, I wish I had kept it, I saw one recently go for over $5,000!
