With a name like Superior, it's got to be good. This Ghost Ad is on a building facing the Allegheny River and the Andy Warhol Bridge in Pittsburgh. I snapped this from my Jeep while sitting in traffic on the the bridge.

Thanks! I may post this in color too, it has some great colors mixed about it. You can see an earlier shot of it on my Ghost Ad poster: [link]

Thanks! Pittsburgh and the surrounding area is polluted with them. I try to shoot them when ever I see them, because so many of them get painted over. I love ones like this that get revealed when the building in front of them gets torn down. In New Kensington, PA this happened and revealed a 1916 White Owl Cigar ad! [link]

Personally, I think the black and white looks great. :-)
The Ghost adds were really neat. Great collection!

I've always loved B&W, it goes back to all the old photo annuals that my uncle gave me. Plus, now with digital, even if a color photo looks weak, with a little doctoring, you can make a respectable B&W out of it.

Yeah, they are cool. I'm always adding to my collection. I got a couple really faded ones recently that I'm trying to make something out on them. I'll be posting some more.
