Description
The Spirit of Florida is the latest in my 509th Bomb Wing Pin-Ups. The Spirit of Florida is a B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber with the "Alley Oops", the 325th Bomb Squadron, 8th Air Force at Whiteman AFB. The 325th traces it's heritage back to WWII when it was part of the 509th Compsite Group of the 20th Air Force. The Pin-Up Girl is loosly based on the Nose Art from the Korean War 13th Bomb Squadron B-26 "Old Able". The connection will be evident this September.
